Return Policy

We want you to be confident in every purchase from Griffey & Co.

Return Window-We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items.

Eligibility Items must be returned in the same condition as received—unaltered, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items- Due to market volatility, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

1) Bullion products (gold, silver, platinum, copper)

2) Items whose value is tied directly to precious metal markets.

Return Process - Customers must contact us prior to returning any item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds - Refunds will be issued after the item is received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items - If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
