Griffey & Co. – Shipping Policy

Griffey & Co. takes great care in packaging and shipping all coins, bullion, and collectibles to ensure they arrive safely and securely.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified. During periods of high order volume or special events, processing times may be slightly longer.

All orders are shipped using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size and value of the shipment. Tracking information will be provided once the order has been shipped.

For security purposes, high-value orders may require signature confirmation upon delivery.

Griffey & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control once a package has been handed over to the carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and secure. Griffey & Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

In the rare event that a package is lost or damaged during transit, customers should contact Griffey & Co. promptly so that we can assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
