By accessing or purchasing from Griffey & Co., the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.

Griffey & Co. strives to provide accurate descriptions, images, and information for all coins, bullion, and collectibles offered for sale. However, occasional errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability may occur. Griffey & Co. reserves the right to correct any errors and cancel or refuse orders if necessary.

All coins and collectibles are described to the best of our knowledge. Coin grading is subjective unless the item has been certified by a recognized third-party grading service such as PCGS, NGC, or ANACS.

Prices for precious metals and bullion products are based on current market conditions and may change without notice until an order has been confirmed.

By purchasing from Griffey & Co., the buyer agrees to all listed policies including pricing, return policies, shipping policies, and market risk disclosures.

Griffey & Co. reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at its sole discretion.
